My order says it's been delivered but I haven't received it

When I check my tracking link, it says my order has been "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

There's a few things you can try when in this situation:

• Check with those who live at the property with you in case they accepted the order on your behalf.
• Some postal services like USPS may prematurely mark the order as "Delivered". The order may still be delivered within 24 hours.
• Check that the address listed on your Shipping Confirmation email is correct.
• Contact your particular postal service with your tracking ID so they can provide you with more details (ex. DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, etc)
