My order says it's been delivered but I haven't received it
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, there are a few steps we recommend checking first:
- Check with anyone else at your address (family members, roommates, neighbours, or building reception) in case the parcel was received on your behalf.
- In some cases, postal carriers may mark an order as delivered slightly early. It can still arrive within the next 24 hours.
- Double-check the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email to ensure it is correct and complete.
- Contact your local courier service (e.g. USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.) using your tracking number, as they can provide the most up-to-date delivery information.
