My Sunset capsules look slightly yellow, is this normal?

Yes! Some of the ingredients in Sunset have a yellow tinge to them and it is perfectly normal. We didn't want to include any additives in Sunset just to hide the yellow powder. Instead, we strive to keep our ingredients as pure and natural as possible.
